Tianjin Fayao Senior High School (Yinghua Ecological School) deeply implements the Party's educational policy, regards moral education as the fundamental task of education, comprehensively promotes quality education, implements the national curriculum plan in accordance with the national curriculum plan, establishes and optimizes a curriculum system that combines five educations, and sets up three major categories of courses: compulsory, selective compulsory, and "discovery+" elective. Teaching staff

Tianjin Fayao Senior High School (Yinghua Ecological School), as an Yinghua Ecological School, has collaborated with Yinghua Experimental School to create a luxurious teaching team mainly composed of Yinghua teachers and five (re hired) teachers in the city. The team not only includes senior and special level teachers, but also includes city level discipline leaders, city level backbone teachers, and young teachers graduating from prestigious schools who are responsible for frontline teaching and research work.

Competition training

For many years, Yinghua Experimental School has been deeply involved in the field of competition. Since 2017, 139 people have won the first prize at the provincial level in the Five University Science Competition.
